Days I’m Adding to My Calendar for Every Month
-One whole spa day
-One day without using social media
-One day spent outdoors (hiking, kayaking, golfing, or surfing)
-One breakfast/lunch/dinner with friends to check up on them
-One movie night/dinner party with friends
-One day spent being a tourist in neighboring cities/areas
-One day to entirely help someone else
-One day to learn something new, even if it’s not directly beneficial to my life
-One me day, dedicated to doing things that keep my energy healthy
